Tantra is strong medicine. Tantra may possibly be the strongest medicine available to humans that does not involve drugs, life-threatening situations, or domination and control by others.
If you want things to happen and to bring forth changes in the direction you require,
you MUST NOT fight the greatest forces. If the force is stronger than you, you will not
be able to stop it's flow. You can, however, spin some of it off to water your field
and make YOUR crops grow.
Entering into any of these aspects of sex is considered as having entered into some portion of coitus itself. This is not just according to Vedic Tantra but also according to most religions and it is noted in the Bible that even stage one (thinking of sex) is a sin (see Matthew 5:28). Well, Tantra does not consider sex a sin so those of you who are reading this have just been absolved of any sin for
thinking “unclean” thoughts.
This path is not an overt sexual path but may be used to good effect sexually by advanced adepts. At beginning levels Tantra sexuality can be applied to reach fifth circuit through massage which helps calm the first circuit, pacify the second circuit, and allow for body pattern and body energy intensification. To aid in this effect, use body meridians to create the patterns. Massage each meridian fairly rapidly and smoothly without hurting someone in whatever sequence you prefer.
The energy of your body will not be balanced and free-flowing if you do not
have good emotional balance, good physical health,and good relationships with your
surroundings and yourself.
Because the sexual activity is a ritual and because the better it is done the stronger the ritual, and because the more intense the sexual energy produced, the more energy available to grow with, and because you have meditated on your focus before beginning the active ritual, your only need during the active sexual portion of the ritual is to focus on how much energy you can produce. In simple terms, how turned on can you get. The more the better. The more often the better.

The Buddah was walking one day with his favorite student, Ananda. A fly landed on
his (Buddah's) brow and he shooed it away with a hand. A minute or two later,
Ananda noticed the Buddah shooing away an imaginary fly. Ananda asked "Why are
you doing that? The fly is no longer there." The Buddah replied, "When it was
there I chased it away without thinking. Now, I would like to be aware of the
experience." That's sort of what I'm trying to do. If Buddah had flies on him,
then I too can experience that sort of thing. Also, if Buddah did things without
thinking and then had to go back and do them again to experience them fully, so
can I. So can we all.
The fourth brain circuit, the Holistic Physical, Sexual circuit, or Netzach on the Tree of Life responds to sexual, sensual stimulus and creates a massive chemistry change in your body and brain.

The way I look at these symptoms is that they essentially represent RITUALS! Thus, if I find I am overly frightened by wasps, I make a ritual out of learning about wasps (paper wasps, potter wasps, wingless wasps, etc.), go out and look for wasps (cautiously of course), see how they live, where they go, get a little close, and gain understanding. By doing this my (pretend I think) phobia or fear is greatly lessened and even though I may remain very cautious around wasps all my life, I won't have a debilitating fear.
In the use of drugs, the inner spirit is controlled by the outer life.
In the practice of Tantra, the outer life is controlled by the inner spirit.
Tantric rituals are designed to change the chemistry of humans in such a way as to support health and supply higher energy which may be used to reach our higher powers and to heal physical and emotional problems.
The lesser rituals, empowered by the energy of the higher rituals become the most powerful of all the rituals when used correctly by long practice. You will not be able to understand nor reach the glory available to you until you have empowered the lesser rituals with the energy of the higher rituals. This is the true secret of strength.
The main meridian begins just below the lower lip and is Yin, moving
downward along the midline of the body, ending in the genitals.
The energy of your body will not be balanced and free-flowing if you do not
have good emotional balance, good physical health,and good relationships with your
surroundings and yourself. Tantra sacred sex rituals assist in this body energy balance.
Just as the child has the future doctor, lawyer, or indian chief in them, you have a god in you. It is up to you to liberate your godhood.
This path is invoked through rituals of active sexuality. The Sexual fourth brain circuit can not function otherwise. In fact, the seventh brain circuit is also intensely sexual and the path connecting the fifth brain circuit with the seventh brain circuit is invoked by the technique known as coitus.
Using tantric methods does not involve some kind of overt sexual stimulus in every case. To me, and basically what I teach. is that Tantra is a method of awareness, a method of attainment. For many people, using the maithuna preparation, floating exercise, pranayama, and some of the other non-sexual oriented rituals given in these web pages will bring at least relief from much of the problems they have.

some form of energy to exist. Your mere existence uses and radiates energy.
This magnetic energy of creativity and sexuality guides us to oneness and unity with the life in and around us. Such strong sex appeal magnetically draws beauty to us in all ways. The One power or seed power is the reproductive power in humans and is a gift of God.
The sexual energy used by human beings for reproduction is also
used by the Divinity to create and recreate. Anyone too fixated, too emotional, or embarrassed by the sexual function is not free to use that energy for illumination.
Purity here is broadly defined as keeping strictly to the
purpose stated. Moving away from the focus on what you are trying to do is impurity. Sexual
rituals are shown to be pure and healthy.
